About the Role
The Casual Regional IQP will support the Palmerston North team by ensuring compliance documentation aligns with the NZ Building Act, local Territorial Authority requirements, and company standards. This role is essential for maintaining accurate and timely compliance records. Johnson Controls enhances the intelligence of buildings, delivering smarter, safer, more comfortable, efficient, and sustainable environments. These solutions support the unique missions of people, businesses, and communities worldwide. • Review tests, inspections, defects, and documentation to produce 12As, SRADs, and other BWOF‑related documents promptly. • Coordinate with Branch Compliance Supervisors and Compliance Coordinators to meet compliance review timelines. • Escalate training, performance, or compliance concerns immediately to Supervisors or Branch Managers. • Support Supervisors and Managers with training initiatives to ensure field staff meet contractual and regulatory standards. • Provide IQP coverage for other regional branches as needed, respecting local Territorial Authority requirements. • Report all health and safety incidents to the appropriate authorities without delay.
