About the Role
Are you passionate about joining a successful team and working for an industry leader in Energy Technology? The Quality Manager reports to the Regional Quality Manager and ensures the effective application of the Baker Hughes Quality Management System on site projects and services, guaranteeing that products meet customer expectations and comply with all applicable standards, procedures, and technical requirements. • Manage project quality, control, and assurance for onshore and offshore activities. • Prepare and manage the annual Quality function budget, including CoPQ forecast, headcount, and expenses. • Monitor team utilization and efficiency, applying improvement actions as needed. • Evaluate team performance periodically and implement improvement plans. • Lead hiring processes for all quality positions at the site. • Communicate relevant information timely across all organizational layers. • Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Sourcing to develop robust supplier quality plans. • Provide infrastructure and resources needed for a productive quality environment. • Ensure functional reports comply with global and customer requirements. • Chair local customer quality sessions for performance and satisfaction reviews. • Monitor and evaluate SP&S KPIs monthly, taking actions to meet business goals. • Manage customer issue resolution and non‑productive time cases site‑wide. • Deploy and reduce non‑conformance management to meet global targets. • Apply quality improvement tools such as 5 Whys, fishbone, FMEA, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, production, or business administration and have at least five years of oil‑and‑gas experience performing quality duties. They should possess project and people‑leadership experience, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and a solid understanding of local customer quality requirements and audit processes. • Demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain fluent English communication and effective problem‑solving abilities. • Possess solid knowledge of internal and external quality audits. • Hold a Master’s degree in People Management or Quality Management (desired).
