About the Role

The role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the building, ensuring floors, surfaces, and restrooms are kept in a presentable condition for occupants and visitors. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Wash interior windowsills, glass, doors, partitions, and specified windows. • Clean and restock bathrooms daily, including servicing soap and paper dispensers and monitoring fixtures for defects. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers for removal. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, polishing leather and wood surfaces, and wall washing. • Use portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaners and other cleaning tools safely and effectively.

Benefits
