About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports all aspects of property upkeep, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as the make‑ready process, under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including swimming‑pool cleaning and chemical logging. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds and structures to identify and correct hazards. • Assist with scheduling and execution of turn‑over maintenance and make‑ready tasks. • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA safety standards. • Keep accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready status. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours repairs as needed. • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies consistently. • Verify inventory of equipment and supplies and support the Maintenance Supervisor.

What You Bring
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer proficiency. • Understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Meet physical demands such as lifting 100+ lb, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. • Have reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.
