About the Role
• Prepare, finish, and apply industrial coatings to components and materials. • Sand, prep, and repair surfaces before painting. • Ensure surfaces are clean and free of defects prior to coating. • Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications. • Perform spray painting, using rollers or brushes as needed. • Maintain and repair paint equipment, including spray guns and booths. • Keep tools and work areas clean and safe. • Inspect finished work for quality and completeness. • Follow safety and environmental guidelines during preparation and application. • Operate spray guns, sanding tools, and other paint equipment. • Stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work in varied temperatures. • Participate in a 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan.
