Job Highlights
About the Role
• Read and understand contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, including updates. • Ensure contractors comply with contract standards and specifications through observation, measurement, testing, and quality‑assurance tracking. • Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment resources. • Undertake site supervision and inspections as required or directed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer. • Document contractor personnel, equipment, observed activities, locations, reasons, and methods in assigned inspection areas. • Report on material deliveries, follow and implement site instructions from the leader, and apply all quality controls and procedures. • Follow up on and implement any site instructions issued by the leader. • Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed by the leader. • Monitor conformity to quality, performance, and code requirements by performing inspection duties. • Monitor health and safety of construction works and report violations.
