Manage high-voltage service orders, coordinate teams, and ensure project delivery.

About the Role
• Coordinate project activities to deliver high‑voltage service orders on schedule. • Collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to align project details and timelines. • Maintain accurate project documentation and update milestones in enterprise systems. • Serve as primary customer contact, providing updates and resolving inquiries. • Oversee backlog management, ensuring accurate planning, delivery and revenue reporting. • Support administrative tasks for project orders and turnkey projects. • Share lessons learned to improve project execution. • Analyze project data and report progress using Excel and Power BI. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

What You Bring
• High school diploma plus 5 + years of project order management, customer support or project management experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering with 2 + years relevant experience. • Strong customer‑focus and relationship‑building skills. • Excellent organization, time‑management and communication abilities. • Proficiency in SAP for order management and Excel for data analysis. • Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require. • Authorization to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy.
