About the Role
Reporting to the site Superintendent, the Supervisor will ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of works at the Chevron Wheatstone Facility. Responsibilities include weekly reporting, stakeholder coordination, permit management, mobilisation planning, and materials/equipment oversight, all executed in line with site standards. • Own and prepare detailed weekly reports, tracking progress, milestones, variances, risks, and resource utilisation. • Coordinate weekly stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, capturing notes, and following up on action items. • Develop and manage permits per MSW2.0, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. • Lead mobilisation planning, maintaining detailed plans and rosters with contingency for delays. • Manage materials and equipment, tracking requirements and procurement timelines. • Compile lessons‑learned reports and drive continuous improvement for future project phases. • Participate in daily pre‑starts, inspections, and hazard reporting to promote site safety.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is organised, calm under pressure, and acts as the go‑to person to keep work moving. Experience in project coordination, supervision, planning or permits within resources, oil & gas, construction, facility maintenance or utilities is preferred, along with strong organisational detail, spreadsheet proficiency, and effective communication with crews, clients and engineers. A solid safety mindset and familiarity with permit‑to‑work processes or MSW2.0 is desirable.
