About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of construction and workplace projects, ensuring that quality, cost, safety and schedule targets are achieved. The role involves coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, overseeing site operations and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing project environment. • Mentor junior team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance and sharing technical knowledge. • Foster a positive team culture through open communication, mutual respect and shared accountability. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to align project execution with objectives. • Organise regular stakeholder meetings and transparent reporting to maintain progress visibility. • Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory, safety, environmental and schedule requirements. • Manage master programme implementation, including materials and long‑lead items, and maintain short‑term work plans. • Plan and supervise statutory inspections, securing timely approvals. • Monitor site progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals and budget. • Conduct project progress meetings and promote knowledge sharing across the team. • Produce comprehensive project reports detailing updates, risks, decisions and actions. • Prepare and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or Excel, including baseline and critical‑path analysis. • Manage full procurement cycle for consultants: scope definition, bid evaluation, contract negotiation and onboarding. • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance frameworks. • Set clear performance objectives, track progress and conduct quarterly check‑ins to support career development. • Maintain financial reporting in D‑365 with 100 % compliance to internal controls and client billing requirements.
