About the Role

The Opportunity – As a Senior Scheduler, Project Controls supporting our Water & Wastewater team in Calgary, Vancouver or Toronto, you will play a pivotal role in delivering infrastructure that sustains communities, bringing clarity, predictability, and structure to safe, sustainable water systems for generations to come. In this role you will develop, maintain, and manage master schedules and work‑breakdown structures, assess impacts of changes, establish baselines and change‑control processes, and produce recovery plans to minimise slippage. You will also perform earned‑value analysis, schedule risk assessments, review delay claims and contract documents, and support bids and proposals with budget and schedule preparation. • Develop and maintain master schedules and work breakdown structures for engineering and construction projects. • Assess schedule changes, establish baselines, and implement change‑control and recovery plans to minimise slippage. • Conduct earned value analysis, schedule risk assessments, and scenario modelling for accurate forecasting. • Review delay claims, contract documents, and project deliverables, providing analysis and response letters. • Support bids and proposals with budget and schedule preparation. • Utilise Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools to promote consistency across the portfolio. • Apply a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to schedule development and problem‑solving.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings ten years of progressive scheduling experience in engineering or construction, a post‑secondary diploma or degree, and advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar tools. A strong understanding of multidisciplinary interdependencies, experience with large multi‑phase programs, and knowledge of Earned Value Management are essential, along with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. • Bring 10+ years of scheduling experience in engineering/construction and a relevant post‑secondary qualification. • Demonstrate strong understanding of multidisciplinary project interdependencies and Earned Value Management.
