About the Role

The Water Resources Management Intern will work on water‑resource and storm‑water projects for federal, state, and local clients, receiving mentorship from senior engineers and participating in professional development programs. • Apply standard engineering techniques for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, data collection, and GIS processing. • Work under the guidance of a senior engineer to learn design and modeling methods for water‑resource and storm‑water projects. • Connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young‑professional programs. • Perform site/field visits, design calculations, GIS data production, and assist in technical reports and water‑resources studies.

What You Bring

We seek candidates who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. Basic Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to our employee‑owned culture are essential. • Prefer 2+ years completed toward degree with a 3.0+ GPA. • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages relevant to the field of study or industry. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program. • Attention to detail. • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
