About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Consultant role involves sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent while building pipelines for future hiring. This full‑life‑cycle recruiting position partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to meet talent needs across multiple levels and locations, and is based in the Richmond, VA office with a five‑day onsite requirement. • Oversee full-life cycle recruiting for multiple cross-functional requisitions. • Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, and close opportunities.
