About the Role

You will be a vital player in leading the daily engineering support of service shops for Aero‑Derivative Gas Turbines, ensuring reliable and consistent performance of maintenance activities. In this role you will partner with top talent to drive operational excellence in the shop environment. • Support maintenance execution in the service shop, inspecting and dispositioning components. • Perform dis‑positioning activities, ensure latest shop practices are followed, and report recurring findings to repair engineering teams. • Achieve operational targets such as Turn Around Time. • Conduct risk‑based evaluations and define mitigation actions. • Prepare technical documentation for internal project reviews and manage related action items. • Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis on gas turbine components. • Develop and qualify repair and inspection technologies, supporting program deliverables to repair facilities. • Apply existing technologies in new combinations to design products, systems, or processes.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (Master’s preferred) or a High School Technical Diploma with at least five years of experience. • Possess extensive experience working in a turbomachinery service shop. • Have hands‑on experience with Aero/Aviation Derivative Gas Turbines. • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage technical investigations.
