About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Information Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and support of information‑management systems for a major U.S. border‑security infrastructure program. The role supports the Owner Agent Construction Management services that include program management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, and quality assurance. The incumbent will deploy and maintain Program Management Information Systems such as Kahua, Procore, and Oracle Primavera P6, provide technical troubleshooting, and configure workflows with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include supporting IT infrastructure, developing dashboards, training staff, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. • Implement and administer PMIS tools (Kahua, Procore, Primavera P6) for program controls and reporting. • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, optimize configurations, and maintain IT infrastructure (office buildouts, remote connectivity, cloud environments). • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights for leadership and clients. • Train and mentor program staff on PMIS usage and related technologies. • Ensure compliance with government regulations and alignment with program goals alongside the Principal Information Manager. • Document system implementations, updates, and support activities thoroughly.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have at least ten years of technical consulting experience, and be able to obtain a DHS suitability determination. Proven expertise in PMIS platforms, IT infrastructure, system administration, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required. Desired qualifications include experience with Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of construction business processes, PMP certification, and a passion for innovative technologies. • Required: Bachelor’s degree/equivalent, 10+ years technical consulting, DHS suitability eligibility, proven PMIS implementation experience. • Required technical skills: IT infrastructure design, system administration, troubleshooting of distributed/cloud environments. • Desired: Tableau/Power BI proficiency, construction industry process knowledge, large‑scale infrastructure/gov program experience, PMP certification, innovative technology mindset.
