About the Role

You will work a Wednesday‑Sunday schedule on the second shift (2 pm–12:30 am) at the Montrose, CO hauling site, providing consistent hours for financial security and work‑life balance. The normal setting is a repair and maintenance shop. Each day you will service trucks and equipment that support over 20 million customers across the USA, using modern tools and procedures on both diesel and CNG fleets. Your work ensures vehicles leave the shop safely and reliably for the local community. Key duties include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems; estimating time and material costs; adhering to Standard Labor Repair Times; responding to emergency breakdown calls; conducting safety checks; completing paperwork; assisting senior mechanics; and handling repairs identified in Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. You will also maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diesel and CNG trucks • Estimate time and material costs, follow Standard Labor Repair Times, and complete required paperwork • Respond to emergency breakdown calls and perform safety inspections • Assist senior mechanics and handle repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be over 18, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical ability to meet job demands, and successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical are required. We look for team players who care about colleagues, enjoy working independently and as part of a team, thrive on variety and new challenges, and are determined problem solvers. The role requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, constant standing, walking, and grasping, with occasional sitting and balancing. You will be exposed to physical risks such as cuts, burns, and chemicals, as well as dirt, odors, noise, and extreme weather conditions both inside the garage and outdoors. The position may require air travel or access to federal property; candidates must possess a REAL ID or an acceptable TSA‑approved alternative. • Minimum 2 years relevant experience and a clean‑record driver’s license • Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and pass drug screen & physical • Ability to lift, push, pull, crouch, climb, and work in noisy, dirty, outdoor conditions
