In the role of Associate Health Principal you will help guide the overall direction of the Health sector in the local region and be part of the #1 Healthcare team in the industry, developing a client base and enhancing the reputation of the core Health Team. The primary responsibility of the Associate Health Principal is to deliver great work, develop professional networks, grow your craft, and aspire to the role of a Health Principal. This includes business development, leading pursuits, directing project teams, and nurturing strong client relationships from pre‑positioning through project execution. • Shape health sector vision and leadership locally. • Help achieve net fee targets. • Lead capture plans, qualifications, and proposals for health projects. • Direct interview strategies and execution. • Manage HDR marketing processes (GNG, fee approval, risk tracking, data upkeep). • Act as Project Manager, preparing and negotiating contracts. • Oversee project execution to meet technical, quality, financial, and schedule goals. • Proactively engage clients through multiple channels. • Mentor and support health staff and project teams. • Create abstracts and presentations for conferences and workshops. • Build and maintain industry partner network for intelligence and strategy. • Participate regularly in local industry organizations.

What You Bring

• Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED. • PMP certification. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture. • 7+ years related experience. • Minimum 2 years project management experience. • Registered Architect licensure. • Ability to lead project teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong planning and mentoring skills.
