About the Role
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate all phases of a project from concept through start‑up and close‑out, ensuring that work meets specifications, stays within budget, and adheres to schedule. This role supports business development by shaping proposal strategies, pricing, and execution plans, while also handling customer communications and presentations. Leadership responsibility includes building a high‑performance team and delivering the project to both customer and Lemartec expectations. Key duties include developing comprehensive project execution and contract management plans, defining organizational structures and roles, and overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and constructability reviews. The manager monitors contractual commitments, implements change‑control processes, ensures quality, safety, and environmental compliance, and manages document control and final turnover. Additional responsibilities cover cash‑flow monitoring, status reporting, training new personnel, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining effective communication with the customer and internal stakeholders. • Develop and execute project execution, contract management, and proposal plans. • Define organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities for project teams. • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and constructability reviews throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage contractual commitments, change orders, and claims using a formal change‑control system. • Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance on site and in the office. • Lead document control, records management, and final turnover documentation. • Monitor cash flow, establish budgets for non‑reimbursable costs, and provide regular status reports. • Train and mentor new project managers and promote continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct regular project and customer meetings and maintain comprehensive communication plans.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (or possess five years of equivalent experience), with at least five years of project management experience on commercial or industrial projects, including electrical scope for new‑build construction and data‑center projects. Required skills include proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, Sage, and Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of EPC processes, contract types, change management, and the ability to lead matrix‑based teams while communicating effectively in English and Spanish. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (or 5 years equivalent experience). • Minimum 5 years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects, including electrical scope for new‑build construction. • Prior experience managing data‑center projects. • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, Sage, and Microsoft Office suite. • Strong knowledge of EPC processes, lump‑sum/GMP contracts, and change‑control procedures. • Ability to organize and staff matrix‑based project teams and conduct effective meetings. • Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish. • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 100 % of the time.
