About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, safety compliance, and resident customer service, working closely with the Community Manager to ensure property upkeep. • Attend site daily and coordinate resident/management work orders. • Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units; inspect grounds and buildings for hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory, budget, and preventative maintenance program. • Maintain organized shop, safety standards, OSHA compliance, and hazard communications. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff; provide coaching and performance feedback. • Ensure high‑quality, timely completion of maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation tasks. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

What You Bring

The role requires reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies, the ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours, and physical capacity to lift and move objects over 100 lb, operate tools and vehicles, and work in varied weather and confined spaces. • Hold High School diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certifications required; HVAC knowledge preferred. • Understand Fair Housing Laws and basic computer software; reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies.
