About the Role
The role supports the Canadian People & Culture team by managing administrative and transactional duties throughout the employee lifecycle, with the aim of delivering an exceptional employee experience. It works in close partnership with iCRC and other Canadian colleagues to carry out HR activities, either independently or collaboratively. • Provide coordination and processing support for key HR lifecycle processes. • Collaborate with the Canadian People & Culture team and iCRC colleagues to execute HR activities. • Ensure an extraordinary employee experience throughout HR transactions. • Support full or partial execution of HR processes as needed. • Contribute to maintaining compliance and quality in HR operations.
