About the Role
Key responsibilities include executing machining inspections and non‑destructive testing on a variety of components such as blades, discs, blisks and drums. You will work closely with support functions while ensuring that safety, 5S standards, housekeeping, and asset care are consistently upheld. • Perform machining inspection and NDT on blades, discs, blisks, and drums. • Follow technical instructions, inspection procedure cards, engineering drawings, and specifications. • Maintain safe working practices, 5S standards, housekeeping, and asset care. • Collaborate with support functions to ensure quality and efficiency. • Work flexible shift patterns (day, 2‑shift, 3‑shift, or 4‑shift) as required.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship with an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, and demonstrate solid numeracy, literacy and good eyesight. You should be comfortable maintaining safe work practices, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team; prior inspection experience is advantageous but training will be provided. • Hold a recognized engineering apprenticeship and NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent). • Possess good numeracy, literacy, and eyesight; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
