About the Role
The project involves working on multi‑billion‑dollar programmes for leading data centre developers and end‑user clients, typically on‑site within multidisciplinary teams, offering a mix of hot and cool climate locations, from mountain‑rimmed regions to vibrant college towns, and providing a unique blend of pace, scale, and hands‑on delivery. The role leads project delivery in line with agreed plans, supervising teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs, embedding health, safety and wellbeing standards, managing plans, budgets, and risks, coordinating procurement, maintaining robust communication and documentation, overseeing changes and handover records, and promoting digital, data, and responsible business practices while supporting the net‑zero carbon transition. • Safety First – ensure health, safety and wellbeing on site. • Lead project delivery, supervising teams to meet KPIs and outcomes. • Manage project plans, budgets and risks to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate procurement of consultants and contractors for quality and compliance. • Maintain robust stakeholder communication, documentation and reporting. • Oversee change orders, handover documentation and records. • Drive digital, data and responsible business practices. • Support net‑zero carbon transition by managing emissions. • Apply sustainability and carbon‑reduction knowledge to project delivery.

What You Bring

Benefits
