About the Role

Monitor and manage Electronic Timecards (eTC) for the area, performing audits, updating Salesforce, entering manual entries, and submitting exception reports. Run queries, manage billable Work Order revenue reports, and work on open billable Work Orders. Serve as the Salesforce SME point of contact and track necessary information to close Work Orders and collect timely revenue. Manage the battery scrap commission program for the assigned area CSEs, ensuring checks are received and processed. Collaborate with CSEs and battery vendors to obtain accurate and timely EPA paperwork documentation. Oversee the handling of invoicing, including research, supplier setup, coding, and obtaining signatures for invoices, and ensure correct coding in the assigned SAP Dolphin box, including vendor non‑Preventative Maintenance expenses. Complete administrative duties such as serving as the first point of contact for staff, providing customer site requirement letters, and handling all mailing and shipping, including administration of the FedEx account for the area. Assist in managing CSE monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as accurate time reporting, Quality of Service contacts, Time to Complete, and Open Work Order reporting metrics to ensure success of CSEs and the business. Secure Purchase Orders for CSEs by working with CSEs, vendors, and the purchasing group to assure timely job execution. Manage Pro‑Cards (p‑Cards), collect invoices, and code them in the system. Require a Bachelor’s Degree or pursuit thereof with anticipated graduation no later than 12/31/2026, and a minimum of three years of administrative or customer service experience. • Ensure accurate timekeeping, onboarding, forecasting, and revenue tracking for Field Service personnel. • Manage Electronic Timecards, perform audits, update Salesforce, and generate exception reports. • Run queries and produce billable Work Order revenue reports; act as Salesforce SME. • Oversee battery scrap commission program, process EPA paperwork, and handle check receipt. • Conduct invoicing tasks, set up suppliers, code invoices in SAP Dolphin, and manage vendor expenses. • Support CSE KPI reporting, purchase order procurement, and Pro‑Card administration.

What You Bring

Demonstrate knowledge of significant Field Service initiatives related to campaigns, Growthpoint, ERP, financials, and CSE KPIs. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future, and the role is remote with no relocation benefit. Demonstrate self‑starter attitude, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload while handling change in a fast‑paced environment. Possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and complete requests and assignments in a timely manner.
