About the Role
The role assists in managing daily operations of a mixed‑use or multifamily property, directing personnel and resources to achieve maximum cash‑flow potential while overseeing security, maintenance, and housekeeping functions and ensuring compliance with permits, codes, and regulations. Key leadership duties include establishing job responsibilities, monitoring work quality, managing staff, providing training and coaching, and delivering performance feedback. The incumbent also serves as a liaison between residents and ownership, addressing resident concerns, handling lease administration, and encouraging participation in community events. Financial and operational responsibilities involve developing and monitoring the property budget, preparing variance reports, maintaining accounting records for income and expenses, managing accounts payable/receivable, and collaborating with the General Manager on communications with local police, fire, and civil‑defense authorities. • Manage daily mixed‑use/multifamily property operations to maximize cash flow. • Oversee security, maintenance, and housekeeping while ensuring regulatory compliance. • Direct, train, and evaluate property staff, establishing clear job responsibilities. • Act as primary liaison for residents, handling inquiries, lease administration, and community engagement. • Develop and monitor property budgets, prepare variance reports, and manage accounts payable/receivable. • Coordinate emergency communications with police, fire, and civil‑defense authorities alongside the General Manager.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least two years of property operations/management experience (preferably five), and a background in engineering, maintenance, and large‑scale property operations. Strong communication, analytical, decision‑making, business acumen, and financial skills are required. • Require a bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent property‑management experience. • Minimum of 2–5 years property operations/management experience, preferably with engineering and maintenance background. • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, decision‑making, and financial skills.
