About the Role

The role involves blending different waste materials based on compatibility, moving waste using Bobcats, loaders, and scissor lifts, and operating as well as maintaining shredders, screw conveyors, and related equipment. The employee must understand all regulatory requirements, including inspection forms, burning parameters, and safety regulations, and communicate relevant information between the laboratory and regulatory management personnel. • Blend and sort waste materials according to compatibility. • Move waste using Bobcats, loaders, and scissor lifts. • Operate and maintain shredders, screw conveyors, and related equipment. • Ensure compliance with inspection forms, burning parameters, and safety regulations. • Communicate data between laboratory and regulatory management personnel. • Safely operate forklifts, loaders, or similar equipment. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods. • Meet work schedules and production expectations reliably. • Work in an industrial environment with variable weather, noise, and moving machinery while using provided PPE.
