Job Highlights
About the Role
Plan and prepare work packages for the Clean Energy Center maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The work must comply with the QA manual, company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. • Prepare work instructions and packages for corrective, preventive, and surveillance maintenance, including modifications. • Select, approve, or recommend procurement of materials needed for work package execution. • Conduct field walkdowns to identify maintenance needs and improve work package quality. • Collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to resolve work package issues. • Define required procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials for planned work packages. • Facilitate package preparation by submitting OOS, RWP, permits, ALARA task outs, regulatory documentation, and other required approvals. • Verify work instructions comply with CEC procedures, nuclear safeguards, ASME code, and other applicable standards; approve and review packages for safety and quality. • Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to support work package development and compliance. • Provide project management for system planners or contractors in detailed package preparation. • Participate in work control meetings, contract reviews, troubleshooting, risk assessments, peer reviews, and system interaction reviews. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and outage support as directed. • Maintain required access level and pass a favorable medical examination per position duties.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a Senior Reactor Operator license with 2 years, or an associate’s degree with 3 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years. • Preferred: 5 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
