About the Role

• Build single-family homes from foundation to completion alongside experienced associates. • Collaborate with trade partners on drywall, electrical, framing, plumbing, and other building stages. • Address homeowner concerns and resolve post-construction issues. • Assess home quality to ensure zero-defect standards. • Participate in community clean‑up activities at model homes and sites. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with a 1:1 company match up to 5 percent.

What You Bring
