About the Role
As a Managing Consultant you will be a key contributor within a diverse professional team, driving business growth, complex client delivery and environmental challenges. You will lead multi‑workstream projects, manage delivery teams and oversee timelines, scope, budget and risk to ensure successful outcomes. In this client‑facing role you will apply strong EHS&S subject‑matter knowledge to support business leaders in planning, executing and governing EHS and sustainability management information system initiatives. Responsibilities include project initiation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post‑implementation support, aligned with client objectives and change‑management needs. You will also provide objective, independent advice on off‑the‑shelf or custom‑built third‑party technologies and maintain a strong understanding of the EMIS technology market. • Lead multi‑workstream EMIS projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and risk. • Oversee delivery teams and coordinate technical, functional, client and vendor stakeholders. • Guide all project phases from initiation through post‑implementation support. • Provide independent advice on commercial off‑the‑shelf and custom EMIS technologies. • Implement platforms such as Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAI Global EHS 360, Sphera efficiently. • Apply deep EHS&S subject‑matter expertise and knowledge of global sustainability regulations. • Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors. • Utilize project‑management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and best practices.

What You Bring
ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) to join its global Digital Services business. ERM combines deep EHS&S experience with broad environmental management information solution expertise, offering services across the entire information management life cycle—from portfolio assessment and strategy to technology evaluation, design, testing, implementation and long‑term sustainment of enterprise‑wide systems. The ideal candidate has proven project‑management experience leading complex EMIS implementations from initiation through go‑live and sustainment, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution, and coordinating cross‑functional teams of technical, functional, client and vendor resources. Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAI Global EHS 360, Sphera or similar, a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, and strong functional and technical skills are required. A deep understanding of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities, regulatory requirements and project‑management methodologies (waterfall, agile or hybrid) is essential. Effective communication with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors is also critical.
