About the Role
In this role you will manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and coordinating move‑in procedures. Daily duties include touring vacant units, processing applications quickly, maintaining resident communication, and supporting the office team. • Create applicant files, verify qualifications, and submit applications for approval. • Conduct tours of vacant and model apartments, highlighting features that match prospect needs. • Process applicant information within 24 hours and schedule lease signings promptly. • Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and stakeholders daily. • Inspect vacant units and ensure they are ready for showing. • Track traffic, availability, and resident interactions to sustain high occupancy. • Promote resident retention programs and foster strong resident relations. • Collaborate with office team on property tasks and demonstrate scheduling flexibility. • Research local community and competitor properties to improve marketing strategies. • Prepare mailings, distribute flyers, and scout competitive properties. • Follow up with prospective residents at least five times and respond quickly to calls and emails. • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and company policies for compliance.

We expect candidates to have at least one to three months of related customer service, leasing, or sales experience, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A sales‑focused mindset combined with a commitment to outstanding customer service is essential. • Provide at least 1‑3 months of customer service, leasing, or sales experience. • Possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance for property travel. • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits
The position offers a competitive base pay of $18‑$19 per hour and $100 commissions for each new lease, along with shared renewal commissions that reward ongoing resident retention.
