About the Role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, financial functions, and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair‑housing guidelines, while also handling rent collection and cash‑flow optimization. • Post and reconcile daily payments, handle bad debt, issue late notices, and process evictions. • Execute end‑of‑month closings, maintain accurate resident records, and manage move‑out charges and security deposits. • Supervise onsite staff, manage hiring, training, coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies. • Oversee leasing activities, implement marketing plans, address resident complaints, and run retention programs. • Maintain property appearance, respond to maintenance requests, conduct inspections, and manage vendor relationships.

What You Bring
