About the Role
In this position you will install home‑remodeling products, including windows, following Mad City’s standards and applying finish work as needed. After each job you will communicate with management to confirm customer satisfaction, secure final payment approval, and complete a carpentry checklist together with the homeowner. • Install windows and related remodel products per company standards • Apply finish work for each construction application • Report installation results to management to confirm satisfaction and authorize final payments • Complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at job completion

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, preferably with window replacement or wrapping. The Window Installer role offers a competitive base hourly wage of $20‑$32.50, with the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
