About the Role
Your duties include organising building maintenance, arranging repairs for communal areas and the property structure, and overseeing contractors who handle cleaning, gardening and window cleaning. You will act as the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations, communicating empathetically with a resident base typically aged 60 plus, and you will use standard IT applications such as Outlook and Word. • Manage building maintenance and organise repairs for communal areas and property structure. • Oversee contractors for communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning under annual contracts. • Serve as first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations. • Utilise IT tools such as Outlook and Word for scheme administration.

What You Bring
As a Visiting Scheme Manager you will be customer‑focused, confident, logical and possess excellent communication skills. You will independently prioritize and manage your workload while providing a varied, customer‑facing service that supports residents in maintaining their well‑being and independence, working alone but with support from a Regional Manager, Head Office and a Training and Support Assistant. • Communicate effectively with residents (typically 60+), contractors and clients. • Work independently with a "can do" attitude while receiving support from management and head office. • Travel across the region as required and maintain eligibility to work in the UK. • Undergo a Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £6,480.72 per annum, based in Epsom at The Croft, with a 9‑hour week on a permanent contract. Grange Property Management is the operating company for this position. The Croft development comprises 19 properties with communal facilities including a lounge, conservatory, kitchenette, WC, laundry, guest room and gardens.
