About the Role
The EHS Supervisor ensures compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards at the assigned facility, overseeing inspections, audits, training, and permit applications. The role also guides supervisors and plant employees on safety and environmental matters, maintains accurate reporting, and may support additional plant operations as needed. • Conduct EHS/QA facility inspections • Perform EHS/QA facility audits • Deliver EHS/QA training programs • Manage EHS permit applications • Implement EHS/QA policies, programs, and procedures • Investigate accidents and incidents as needed • Provide safety and environmental guidance to supervisors and staff • Maintain accurate and timely EHS reporting and records • Travel occasionally to attend EHS training events • Assist with additional plant operations when required • Participate in and contribute to the company safety program
