About the Role

The Customer Engagement Specialist will market and generate interest for Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs, helping municipalities, small businesses, and non‑profits reduce energy costs and upgrade to modern, efficient equipment. • Inform customers of utility program opportunities and generate leads. • Explain program benefits at an expert level. • Identify energy‑efficiency opportunities on sites. • Schedule energy audits and coordinate with Energy Conservation Representatives. • Secure required documents and information from customers. • Update and maintain all required systems. • Maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times. • Report directly to the Sales Manager.

What You Bring
