About the Role
The role, reporting to the Supervising Architect, involves performing basic architectural and engineering calculations, preparing specifications, reports, and data tables, and maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. Responsibilities also include reviewing and approving drawings, handling moderately complex technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets, coordinating technical and administrative activities across disciplines, and assisting in the training and evaluation of architectural and drafting personnel. • Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations. • Prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables. • Maintain liaison with design and drafting teams. • Review, prepare, and approve drawings as required. • Execute moderately complex technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets under supervision. • Coordinate technical and administrative activities across disciplines and departments. • Assist in training and evaluating architectural and design/drafting personnel.
