About the Role
• Increase revenue and margins through disciplined market management. • Maintain favorable relationships with current customers. • Identify and prospect new customers; capture information in Salesforce. • Resolve customer complaints favorably. • Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts. • Develop specific strategies to obtain new business. • Work with internal teams to ensure product quality and availability. • Oversee sales process from pricing to contracts, forecasting, and credit/collections. • Assess sales functions and potential on prospective acquisitions.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of successful sales experience required. • Sales experience in aggregates, asphalt, construction, or related industry preferred. • Knowledge of the marketing area preferred. • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Construction Management preferred. • Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Demonstrate product knowledge, market conditions, and competition. • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. • Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
