About the Role

The primary function of the Inventory Analyst role is to develop analysis and reports across inventory and supply chain management domains, supporting ongoing projects such as inventory reduction, E&O analysis, liquidation, lead‑time verification, and ERP health initiatives. The analyst will support the SCM and materials management function, ensuring timely daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, updating metrics each month, and providing quick turnaround on ad‑hoc customer requests while demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills. • Prepare various reports/activities for SCM & materials management function. • Support and enhance inventory management and materials systems processes to meet global and regional reporting timelines. • Drive inventory reduction projects by collaborating with buyers and planners, utilizing inventory profile, water tank, swapping tool, and advanced modeling and analytics tools. • Set up processes and define criteria for modeling inventory with entitlement and ABC/XYZ classification approaches. • Update metrics on a monthly basis. • Understand customer requirements and provide quick turnaround on ad‑hoc requests.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a graduate or post‑graduate degree and have 2‑5 years of experience in inventory management, material planning, or supply‑chain management in a global environment, with strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities. • Possess working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably MFG Pro, and BI tools like QlikView. • Good MS Office and advanced Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
