About the Role
Associate Photographers are responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using Pro 3 Matterport cameras, digital photography equipment, and iPads to create virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photographs. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management, while being managed remotely by a Photography Manager. The role requires coordinating appointments, capturing high‑quality visual content, and occasionally surveying commercial real‑estate grids. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Photograph residential properties to create marketing‑ready images. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointment efficiency. • Survey one‑square‑mile grids to locate and document commercial real‑estate inventory. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. • Perform physical tasks: sit, stand, walk up to 8 hours daily; lift equipment ≤5 lb; operate camera and tablet. • Work weekend rotating schedule and drive in all weather conditions.

The position is hourly with a compensation range equivalent to $50,000‑$60,000 annually, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses tied to predefined metrics.
