About the Role
The leader will support the overall vision of the discipline, oversee staff work effort, and collaborate with regional discipline leaders. Responsibilities include ensuring productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, quality, marketing involvement, proposal development, financial management, billing, collections, backlog monitoring, cross‑selling, staff development, health and safety compliance, and project execution oversight. • Lead and manage the Civil/Site Land Development team, overseeing staff performance and utilization. • Drive productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work. • Develop proposals, contracts, and manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and collections. • Collaborate with regional leaders and support business development and cross‑selling initiatives. • Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff while ensuring health & safety compliance. • Provide technical assistance on project scope, schedule, quality, and budget. • Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable management per contract terms. • Maintain work backlog, allocate resources, and monitor project performance.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, possess at least 14 years of relevant experience and 7 years of financial management and proposal development experience, and have professional licensure. Required skills include effective leadership of large teams, strong communication, strategic thinking, delegation, collaboration, accountability, and fluency in English. • Hold a bachelor’s degree, 14+ years experience, professional licensure, and strong leadership and communication skills.
