About the Role

Key responsibilities include performing testing to support customer requests, executing concept validation, design qualification, and manufacturing validation testing with documentation, and conducting reliability testing for new product launch programs. The role also supports product sustainability engineering and agency teams through test execution, and offers exposure to electrical and mechanical build‑up and teardown activities while collaborating with global cross‑functional teams. No travel is required for this position, and the primary language of communication is English. What You Bring

The Engineering Technology Co‑op Student provides mechanical and/or electrical testing support for new components and products, as well as for improving performance, reliability, and cost of existing ones. The student will work daily with engineering technicians and design engineers, participating in setup, execution, data collection, and reporting on engineering tests. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or a related engineering field, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, basic mechanical abilities, proficiency with hand tools, and competency in Microsoft Office suite, along with critical thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology or related field. • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Possess basic mechanical skills and proficiency with hand tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Exhibit self‑directed work ethic and a positive, can‑do attitude.
