About the Role

The New Home Consultant manages the home purchase journey from first contact to closing, operating daily at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and aligning sales with company goals. The role focuses on creating delighted customers while supporting zero‑defect home construction and cost management. • Build relationships with visitors to assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate sales leads through community outreach, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. • Maintain detailed knowledge of market offerings, community features, and demographics. • Follow up with customers from initial contact through post‑closing, keeping accurate records. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives. • Keep Welcome Home Center model homes and inventory properties well maintained. • Complete required training and engage in community events and phone‑bank activities. • Meet physical demands such as walking in all weather, lifting up to 25 lb, and operating computer/phone equipment.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma; a college degree and real estate license are preferred, along with 1–2 years of homebuilding or real‑estate sales experience. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools are required. • Hold a valid state driver’s license to transport customers and visit realtor offices.
