About the Role

The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role focuses on servicing automatic doors, with AAADM certification preferred, and includes repairs and replacements of ADA operators, various door types, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and related components. • Service and repair ADA operators, manual, swing, sliding, folding, and storefront doors • Replace door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and hollow‑metal components • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and automatic doors and control devices • Manage multiple projects while meeting time constraints and maintaining detail‑oriented processes • Provide strong customer service with a positive, professional attitude

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing, and a clean driving record. A positive professional attitude, ability to manage multiple projects, work independently or in a team, and meticulous attention to detail are essential; experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors/windows • Work independently or collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment • Minimum 2 years experience as an automatic‑door installer/service technician; AAADM certification preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous
