About the Role

• Deliver transportation design, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. • Implement and drive quality‑management procedures. • Enforce Parsons’ safety protocols on all project activities. • Mentor and lead junior engineers on roadway and highway projects. • Achieve maximum ODOT performance scores for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Develop staffing plans, identify hiring needs, and lead recruitment of key team members. • Support business development with technical expertise and commercial insight. • Coordinate staff training and create career development plans. • Forecast workforce demand to manage staffing peaks and valleys.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and 10+ years of experience; PE license may be required. • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills and familiarity with industry regulations and modern engineering software.
