About the Role
Each role at HDR contributes to the mission of changing the world for the better, and the Project Administrator supports the Commissioning Management Team and project staff by providing effective, efficient, and professional administrative services in compliance with HDR’s quality‑management systems. The position involves producing correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and maintaining databases and filing systems, while assisting senior staff to achieve key objectives and ensuring that all documentation follows required templates and standards. • Create Pursuits and Live Bid folders for received information. • Ensure documentation follows required templates. • Produce weekly pursuit and revenue forecast reports. • Maintain client contacts in the CRM system. • Support actions from monthly Board meetings. • Answer calls and greet visitors as needed. • Manage hard and soft copy filing, keeping documents current. • Provide support for quality‑management system objectives. • Develop and implement administrative systems where required. • Maintain computer records and respond to customer queries. • Assist with resource allocation reviews and staff utilisation reporting. • Generate cost reports and manage travel/accommodation bookings. • Stay informed on travel compliance (e.g., Brexit, COVID‑19). • Update electronic records of engineer movement and report trends. • Evaluate supplier pricing for potential cost‑saving options. • Ensure engineers receive up‑to‑date Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Take direction from multiple professional levels and work under pressure. • Handle confidential information with discretion. • Prioritize tasks for multiple managers in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and meet deadlines. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook. • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Prior experience in a similar Project Accountant role is advantageous. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional able to multitask. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading.
