About the Role

We are seeking a self‑driven intern to join our Digital Sales team as a coordinator. The intern will support daily operations, including proposal preparation, modifying sales materials, and creating case presentations. They will also collaborate with team members to maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other sales systems. In the absence of the Sales Director, the intern will act as a primary contact for sales and administrative queries. They will coordinate closely with sales leaders and engineers to research potential customers, proposals, and presentations. Frequent interaction with customers, partners, and the internal team will develop their presentation, negotiation, and sales knowledge. The role includes collaborating to develop an internal “digital champions” outreach program and co‑organising monthly digital community gatherings. Interns will gain insight into total building solutions and sustainability through digitalization, build relationships with experienced sales leaders, and become part of Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings recognized on the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index. • Support daily sales operations such as proposal preparation, sales material updates, and case presentation creation. • Maintain accurate sales data entries in Salesforce and related systems. • Serve as point of contact for sales and administrative queries when the Sales Director is unavailable. • Conduct detailed research on potential customers, proposals, and presentations in coordination with sales leaders and engineers. • Develop and launch an internal “digital champions” outreach and engagement program. • Co‑organise and execute monthly digital community gatherings.

What You Bring

Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering and be able to commit to a six‑month full‑time internship. Required skills include a creative, can‑do attitude, strong passion for learning, problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
