About the Role
The bartender will deliver high‑quality beverage service, ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations, serve hot and cold food as needed, handle payments, maintain a clean and organized bar area, prepare supplies, and manage inventory and end‑of‑shift reporting using the Micros system. • Serve beverages in compliance with state alcohol regulations • Serve hot and cold food promptly as needed • Collect payment for drinks and food in the pool grill area • Keep bar and grill area clean and organized • Perform general cleaning tasks per health standards • Prepare bar supplies such as ice and garnishes • Operate Micros system and complete end‑of‑shift reports

What You Bring
Hilton Grand Vacations seeks candidates with at least one year of bartending or serving experience in a hospitality setting. Preferred qualifications include Alcohol Awareness Certification, Food Safety Certification, and two or more years of related experience.
