About the Role
The Property Manager provides leadership and direction for the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the apartment community, overseeing staff, ensuring accurate reporting, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects to meet retention and leasing goals. • Direct and oversee daily operations of community staff. • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required reports. • Recruit, train, counsel, and evaluate a highly skilled on‑site team. • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective renters. • Achieve high resident retention and meet leasing expectations.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, at least two years of apartment management experience, strong leadership and team‑building abilities, and solid high‑school‑level math skills.
