About the Role
The role involves managing and maintaining engineering documentation in legacy PLM systems such as PCM or Enovia, and implementing Engineering Change Notices to keep specifications and bills of material up to date. Additional duties include generating routine financial analysis summaries for NPI programs, reviewing approval routes for part releases, and processing quarterly reports on release statistics while tracking project hours and resources. The analyst will also develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and track program progress and metrics. • Manage engineering documentation in legacy PLM systems (PCM/Enovia) and execute Engineering Change Notices. • Produce financial analysis summaries for new product introduction (NPI) programs. • Review part release approval routes and generate quarterly release statistics reports. • Track project hours, resources, and overall program metrics. • Build and maintain relationships with organizational stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

What You Bring
The position requires proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI to analyze data and produce reports. These tools support the documentation management and financial analysis activities. No relocation assistance is provided, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL. Active‑duty military service members are exempt from the geographical limitation. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in finance, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. At least three years of experience as a program analyst and solid knowledge of corporate finance—including operating flows, invested capital, expense processes, and accounting—are required. Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong plus, and applicants must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or a related field. • Minimum three years’ experience as a program analyst with corporate finance knowledge. • Mandarin fluency (written and verbal) is a strong advantage. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
