About the Role
Our Sheet Metal Installers are responsible for fabricating and installing ductwork, air distribution, and HVAC equipment on an active construction site, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and applying mechanical principles using appropriate equipment while following required safety practices in support of RQ’s mission, vision, and values.

What You Bring
Per diem may be eligible for qualified candidates not local to the Pensacola region. All candidates must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire and successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for base access. • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 4 years of journey‑level sheet metal experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities settings; government or military construction experience preferred. • Must provide proof of identity, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug screening and background checks, including DoD clearance for base access.

Benefits
Pay ranges from $25.00 to $49.00 per hour. • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and one week of vacation/sick time.
