About the Role
The Strategic Accounts Manager will lead the growth and profitability of a high‑revenue client relationship. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role involves building executive‑level partnerships, shaping multi‑year account strategies, and driving innovative technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for the client. • Cultivate deep relationships with C‑suite and operational decision‑makers at the client organization. • Act as the trusted strategic advisor, aligning Bosch solutions with the client’s long‑term business goals. • Navigate complex client structures to identify new areas for collaboration. • Develop and implement multi‑year account strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth. • Lead strategic initiatives that introduce innovative technology solutions and measurable business outcomes. • Manage a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
The position requires up to 30 % travel and the ability to work under deadlines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The office environment is clean, well‑lit, and low‑to‑moderate noise, with standard office equipment and basic manual dexterity needed for daily tasks. • Minimum five years of strategic or global account management experience with multimillion‑dollar revenue responsibility. • Demonstrated expertise in security systems integration. • Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills; adept at resolving high‑stakes conflicts. • Strong executive‑level customer relationship and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organization, multitasking and deadline management in a collaborative sales environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneNote and Visio.

Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 plus commission, with a typical Monday‑Friday schedule and occasional overtime or on‑call duties. Associates receive comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 0.5 % match up to 6 % of earnings, paid time off, holidays and a range of voluntary benefits.
