Nursing Assistant- PCA

About the Role

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities • Serve meals and clear tables in the dining room • Respond promptly to resident emergency call system • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors • Maintain required care documentation per state regulations • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization • Answer phones as needed

What You Bring

• Communicate professionally with residents and families • CNA certification preferred; PCA/DCS certification may be accepted • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must be at least 18 years old • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
